Young people truly have options when they have the opportunity to access all components of high-quality career-connected learning, including work-based learning and meaningful soft skill development. After a decade of implementing high-quality programming in our community, we’re making our resources and expertise available to other organizations committed to strengthening and reimagining college and career pathways in their communities.

Internship Curriculum & Implementation Support
Get training on how to adapt and deliver our highly impactful training curriculum to youth in your program, preparing them for their internships and beyond. With full access to soft skills and work-readiness curriculum and individualized support from our team, you’ll be ready to prepare your young people for their future in no time!
Internship Playbooks for Supervisors Role-Specific Work Plan
Looking for ready-to-use resources to share with adults who are working with young people in your internship program? Playbooks offer easy-to-follow, career-specific work plans that guide supervisors through every step of hosting an intern, from orientation planning to exit interviews. These playbooks are the perfect resource for an employer who asks, “What can a high school intern actually do?”
Soft Skills Empowerment Workshops
Our local community partners have gotten so much out of our soft skills workshops, that we’re now taking them on the road. Our introductory workshop is great for anyone who supports youth development, and our two-part series sets educators, after-school programs, and other nonprofits up to intentionally develop youth skills every day with a clear set of strategies and a customizable implementation plan.
Louisiana Work-Based Learning Internship Instructor Training
YouthForce NOLA was the first approved training provider for Louisiana high school work-based learning teacher-coordinators. Our training equips educators with the knowledge and tools to design, implement, and manage effective high school internships aligned with the new Louisiana work-based learning requirements and key best practices.
