Through The Solutions Lab, we help others get a jump start on designing, launching, growing, and strengthening youth internships, soft skills, and related programming. After a decade of implementing high-quality programming in our community, we’re making our resources and expertise available to other organizations committed to strengthening and reimagining college and career pathways in their communities. We offer a range of offerings, such as Workplace Readiness Curriculum & Implementation Support, Program Development and Coaching, and Soft Skills Empowerment Workshops. YouthForce NOLA is the only approved training provider for Louisiana high school work-based learning teacher-coordinators. Our training equips educators with the knowledge and tools to design, implement, and manage effective high school internships aligned with the new Louisiana work-based learning requirements and key best practices.
