E Dils is the Training Manager for YouthForce NOLA's Solutions Lab. After spending 6 years ushering over 1,000 students through YouthForce NOLA’s high school internship program, E transitioned to the Solutions Lab team to promote high-quality career-connected learning opportunities for learners across our city, state, and country. E brings expertise in program administration and leadership, project management, data-driven decision-making, partner engagement, and elevating youth voice. Coming from a family of educators, E knows education and career-connected learning are essential to building a world where all people can live fulfilling lives of their own making.

E graduated summa cum laude from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy. Raised in Ohio, they have called New Orleans home for 10 years. Away from work, E finds joy in reading, green spaces, chatting with neighbors, and taking in everything this amazing city has to offer.
