Loreal (Lori) Ivory is the Soft Skills Program Manager at YouthForce NOLA, where she coaches educators on integrating soft skills into classrooms. With more than eight years of experience in both elementary and postsecondary education, Lori brings a deep understanding of student development and classroom instruction. Before joining YouthForce NOLA, she spent four years implementing soft skills programming by helping students build the competencies they need for success in college, their career, and life.

As a New Orleans native, Lori earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana, with double concentrations in Biology and Chemistry. She is also an author and passionate advocate for early childhood education through her book series that promotes emotional regulation. Lori is committed to motivating and creating opportunities that support the youth's academic and career endeavors.
