YouthForce NOLA partners with every public school in New Orleans and local businesses to connect students with paid internships that provide real-world work experience and prepare them for college or careers. Since 2015, nearly 2,000 young people have earned more than $3 million through paid internships, with 99% continuing on to college or a career, reflecting the organization's mission to help create future-ready graduates.
